Warning signs
- Betting more than your set budget
- Chasing your losses
- Borrowing money to bet
- Hiding your betting from loved ones
You can ask the ANJ for a voluntary gambling ban, which applies at every licensed operator.
Set your limits
Licensed operators ask you to set deposit and betting limits when you sign up. Choose a budget you can lose without consequences and never go over it.
Take a break
Every licensed site offers temporary self-exclusion. To protect yourself at all operators at once, you can ask France's National Gaming Authority for a voluntary gambling ban.
